Arch International appoints Miriam Reid to strengthen operations
Bermuda-based Arch Insurance International has appointed Miriam Reid, former head of business management and chief of staff at Beazley, to spearhead its strategic operations and transformation initiatives.
Reid joins the company as head of business solutions, with immediate effect.
Based in London, Reid leads strategic operations, business improvement and organisational alignment initiatives across Arch, focusing on scalable, future-ready solutions that help enhance performance and drive growth.
She will work closely with Arch’s underwriting, transformation and technology teams on initiatives that deliver enhanced value to brokers and clients. Reid reports to Ketan Motwani, chief operating officer.
With more than 20 years spent in the global insurance industry, Reid has experience across underwriting, operations, transformation, business management and strategic leadership. Prior to her tenure at Beazley, she held several senior roles at AIG focusing on business transformation.
Motwani said: “Miriam’s breadth of experience, expertise and track record of driving transformation will be hugely valuable to Arch’s operations leadership team. I’m delighted to have her on the team, and she will play a key role in embedding our strategic transformation agenda.
