PwC Bermuda promotes three to partner as leadership team expands

PwC Bermuda has promoted David Cartmill (pictured right), Crystal Pittendrigh (pictured left) and Damian Sealy (pictured middle) to partner as the professional services firm continues to strengthen its leadership team and specialist capabilities across audit, tax and actuarial services.

Cartmill, who leads PwC Bermuda’s private clients practice, has more than 20 years of experience across Bermuda, the UK and Australia. He specialises in audit, accounting, payroll and advisory services for local and international private clients.

Pittendrigh has more than 18 years of experience in financial services, specialising in the re/insurance sector. She advises on US tax matters, including compliance, informational reporting and the implementation of Bermuda corporate income tax, with a focus on captives, insurance-linked securities structures and US consolidated groups.

Sealy joined PwC Bermuda in 2019 from the firm’s UK practice and leads its actuarial services business in Bermuda and across PwC member firms in the Caribbean. He advises insurers, reinsurers and captives on actuarial, risk and financial matters across audit and advisory engagements.

Arthur Wightman, PwC Bermuda leader, said: “We congratulate this exceptional group of new leaders. Each brings the insight, experience and drive to help clients innovate and navigate today’s challenging environment. Their collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering sustained outcomes reflects the strength of our firm and our leading culture and values.

“David, Crystal and Damian have a track record of delivering outstanding results and leading through complex change. Their appointments are a testament to the work and dedication they have displayed in serving our clients and supporting our people.”
