Tokio Solution names CEO’s successors

Bermuda-based Tokio Solution Management has unveiled Kathleen Faries’ successors.

Faries, who currently serves as chief executive officer (CEO), will take up the role of head of the Bermuda branch of Tokio Millennium Re AG in January next year.

Susan Lane and Tsuyoshi Harigai have been named co-chief executive officers (CEO) of Tokio Solution and will take up their roles in January.

They will have joint responsibility for the day-to-day management of Tokio Solution.

Lane, who is currently senior vice president and head of business development at Tokio Solution, will lead the client-facing, business development activities including growth strategies, product development and marketing.

Harigai will manage corporate operations. He currently serves as head of operations for the Bermuda branch of Tokio Millennium Re AG and as a member of the Tokio Solution board of directors and will continue to hold these positions after January next year.
