SiriusPoint CVRs begin trading on OTCQX Best Market

OTC Markets Group, the operator of financial markets for 11,000 US and global securities, has added SiriusPoint’s contingent value rights (CVR) to trade on the OTCQX Best Market.

OTCQX is designed for established, investor-focused US and international companies. To qualify, companies must meet high financial standards, follow best practice corporate governance, and demonstrate compliance with applicable securities laws, OTC Markets said.

SiriusPoint’s CVRs began trading on OTCQX on June 10.
