SEC declares IGI registration statement effective
The Securities and Exchange Commission declared International General Insurance Holdings’ (IGI) registration statement on Form F-1 effective on April 27.
The registration statement was filed in accordance with contractual arrangements related to IGI’s recently completed business combination with Tiberius Acquisition Corporation, which closed on March 17. It registers certain shares and warrants that were issued in connection with the business combination for resale.
The declaration does not imply that the SEC has approved or opined on the merits of the offering.
