IGI files shelf registration statement with the SEC
International General Insurance Holdings will file a shelf registration statement on Form F-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) by April 16, 2020.
The filing is required to meet its contractual obligations related to its business combination with Tiberius Acquisition Corporation, which closed on March 17. The filing officially registers shares for sale that were issued as part of the deal, or that will be issued in connection with warrants associated with the deal.
