R&Q CEO sells 250,000 shares in the company

Alan Quilter, chief executive officer of Randall & Quilter, has sold his interest in 250,000 ordinary shares in the company.

Quilter, who sold the shares on September 2, continues to hold nearly 2.9 million ordinary shares, representing 1.29 percent of R&Q’s issued share capital and 1.29 percent of the total voting rights.

R&Q has notified the market in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
