Markel to live stream its annual shareholder meeting on May 11

Markel Corporation will live stream its 2020 annual meeting of shareholders via its website from 4:30 pm EDT on May 11.

Physical attendance at the meeting will be restricted due to concerns around COVID-19.  Those wishing to pose questions must do so with the company before 5:00 pm EDT on May 7, after which no further questions will be accepted.
