Fidelis Insurance Holdings has raised $300 million in an issue of senior notes.
The notes have a 10-year maturity and a fixed-rate coupon of 4.875 percent, payable semi-annually, and have received Tier 3 capital treatment under the Bermuda Monetary Authority’s group supervision rules.
Fidelis has now committed to raise over $1 billion in the last six months, taking Fidelis’ total capital to over $2 billion.
