Everest Insurance establishes US wholesale division

Everest Insurance has launched a dedicated US wholesale and programmes division as it continues to ramp up its insurance segment.

The insurer, a subsidiary of Bermuda-based Everest Group, said the division would service the “distinct and evolving needs of this market”.

“This dedicated offering reflects Everest’s decades of experience and exceptional support for our wholesale partners,” said Mike Mulray, president of North America Insurance.

“We are further strengthening our commitment by bringing our customers and distribution partners highly customised capabilities and greater access to the full breadth of our products and services, with the customer-first culture they expect from Everest.”

The division comprises specialised wholesale segments, underwriters, and distribution teams, including Everest Underwriting Partners, the company’s programmes business.
