Everest Insurance appoints new marketing & distribution executive

Everest Re Group subsidiary Everest Insurance has announced that Larry Collura has been appointed as a director of marketing & distribution for the West region in the US.

Collura was previously at Worldwide Facilities where he most recently served as a business development manager in Phoenix, tasked with creating, developing and maintaining business relationships for the Worldwide Facilities Western region.

Before that he spent four years at Swett & Crawford as a business development manager.

“Larry joins Everest Insurance as a key addition to the US West distribution team,” said Dane Lopes, head of sales, marketing and distribution management at Everest Insurance.

“His knowledge of the wholesale marketplace, coupled with his strong relationships on the client side developed over his nearly 30-year career in the industry, will prove complementary and valuable to Everest as we align our distribution team, and footprint, with our expanding value proposition. Larry will be based in Phoenix and will be reporting to our West region leader for marketing and distribution, Kevin Dunham.”
