Capsicum Re Bermuda operation taps Hampden director

Specialist reinsurance broker Capsicum Re has appointed Tom Mills to its Bermudian operation.

He joins the team as a broker and will report to Neville Ching, managing partner of Capsicum  Re Bermuda.

Mills most recently served as a private client director at Hampden Agencies,  managing and advising Lloyd’s members from 2015 to 2019.

"I am pleased to welcome Tom to the team. His industry knowledge will complement the skills of our existing team, while his experience in developing products and reinsurance capacity will bolster our offering," said Ching.

Mills added: “Capsicum Re has an excellent reputation and it’s a great time to be joining. They are known for their ability to provide innovative solutions and I am looking forward to working with Nev and the team.”
