BILTIR hosts Bermuda International Life and Annuity Conference this year
The 2016 Bermuda International Life and Annuity Conference (BILAC) will be hosted by Bermuda International Long Term Insurers and Reinsurers (BILTIR) and will be held in The Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda.
Life insurance and reinsurance experts LOGiQ3 and TAI are co-sponsoring the event, which starts on Tuesday, September 27.
Attendees are invited to join the opening networking breakfast which is expected to have over 200 industry professionals in attendance coming from North America, Europe and Bermuda-based executives as well.
The event continues to grow in Bermuda and this year's conference will cover key topics currently impacting the long-term sector including capital markets and interest rate volatility, cyber-security and predictive analytics.
Attendees will also hear from leading industry experts on a host of other key topics related to the long term insurance sector.
Highlights include this year’s keynote speaker, Evelyn Gosnell, lead researcher at Irritational Labs, she will open the conference with a session on behavioural economics.
