Assured Guaranty to pay quarterly dividend

Hamilton-based Assured Guaranty will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per common share, the company has announced.

The dividend is payable on June 3, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 20, 2020.
