Aspen strengthens its US insurance team

Aspen US Insurance has announced that George Kotsiopoulos has joined the company as vice president and broker relationship leader.

Kotsiopoulos joins Aspen US with underwriting and distribution experience from previous positions at Zurich and AIG. Reporting to Robert Rheel, executive vice president and US head of property & casualty, Kotsiopoulos will be based in New York, responsible for strategic broker relationships on a regional and national level across Aspen's US insurance footprint.

Rheel comments, "George's experience in both underwriting and distribution offers a valuable complement to our targeted distribution strategy. His market relationships will support our broker partnerships. I am glad to welcome George to the team."
