Argo’s French platform appoints new space underwriter

Argo Global Assurances, the Paris-based underwriting platform of Argo, has appointed Édouard Merlet, who previously worked at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty as space underwriter.

Merlet began his career at EADS Astrium where he focused on space project risk analysis and the implementation of risk management solutions.

Commenting on his appointment, Richard Bayman, head of aerospace at Argo International says: “Édouard is a highly talented underwriter who joins with a strong and growing reputation in the aerospace market.”
