Arch highlights its ESG efforts with its first sustainability report

Arch Capital Group has released its first corporate sustainability report, highlighting the company’s key environmental, social and governance (ESG) priorities and goals.

The report outlines how Arch’s efforts around ESG impact stakeholders such as investors, employees and regulators. It focuses on the three areas that Arch says drive meaningful ESG integration in its business: investing in the success of employees; building stronger communities through specialised insurance products; and generosity and operating sustainably and responsibly.

Marc Grandisson, Arch’s chief executive officer, said: “For the past year, we have been on an ’ESG journey’ to collect, organise and share information about the initiatives that make our company special, and our work in this area is just beginning.”
