ABIR backs students for Bermuda Risk Summit

The Association of Bermuda Insurers and Reinsurers (ABIR) is sponsoring three Bermuda College students to attend the Bermuda Risk Summit.

Isaiah Cabral, Michae Skinner and Rickai Burrows will all attend the event, hosted by Bermuda’s Business Development Agency, from 14 to 16 March at the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club.

The students are enrolled on Bermuda College’s “Special Topics in Insurance: Foundations of Bermuda’s International Re/Insurance Sector” course, a partnership between Abir, the Bermuda College and St John’s University in New York.

ABIR is a diamond sponsor of the summit, which will be the first major industry event to take place on the island since 2019.
