Global Atlantic Financial Group appoints new CFO for Bermuda companies

US-focused annuity and life re/insurance company Global Atlantic Financial Group has appointed Alberto Autmezguine as managing director, chief financial officer and chief actuary of its Bermuda companies business.

He joins from Oceanview Reinsurance, where he was president and CEO. Before that, he was was head of individual annuity valuation at Prudential Financial and spent over a decade at  ACE Group.

At Global Atlantic, he will report to Manu Sareen, president of its institutional markets business.
