Everest names former Canopius US leader Lisa Davis to North America wholesale & specialty role
Everest has appointed former Canopius US executive Lisa Davis (pictured) as head of North America, wholesale & specialty.
She will oversee underwriting strategy, distribution and portfolio management across the region, reporting to Jason Keen, executive vice president and chief executive officer of global wholesale & specialty.
Davis brings more than 35 years of experience in specialty insurance across wholesale markets, with expertise in underwriting leadership, portfolio management and distribution strategy.
She most recently led the build-out and expansion of Canopius’s US business. Before that, she served as president and chief operating officer for North America at Sompo America and also held leadership roles at Zurich North America and St. Paul Companies.
