Verisk names Tim Raynerat CEO of general insurance for UK and Ireland

Global data analytics and technology provider Verisk has expanded the remit of Tim Raynerat, appointing the chief executive of its specialty business solutions unit as CEO of general insurance for the UK and Ireland, as the group looks to deepen client relationships and better anticipate market needs.

Tim Rayner will lead Verisk’s underwriting and claims businesses across the region as well as its global Life, health and travel business. Rayner will continue to oversee the Specialty Business Solutions division.

Rayner has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. He joined Verisk in 2018 as business development director and has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to Verisk, Rayner held several leadership roles during his 18 years at Miller Insurance Services.
