The annual ILS Convergence event, held from 13–15 October 2025, united 365 delegates from nine countries for three days of thought leadership, innovation and collaboration across the insurance-linked securities (ILS) sector.
Hosted in Bermuda, the world’s leading hub for ILS and alternative risk transfer, the event attracted a diverse mix of investors, asset managers, reinsurers, regulators and industry leaders. Attendees explored emerging trends shaping the ILS landscape, including climate resilience, sustainable risk finance and evolving market dynamics.
This year’s programme featured keynote sessions, expert panels and networking events that fostered meaningful exchange between global stakeholders committed to the continued growth and innovation of the ILS market.
Jo Stanton, chair of the ILS Convergence steering committee, said: “Convergence continues to demonstrate the strength, creativity and collaboration that define Bermuda’s ILS community. Welcoming such a diverse international audience underscores the importance of this platform, not only for advancing our industry’s shared goals but also for inspiring new ideas that will shape the future of risk transfer.”
