Oneglobal develops financial lines with Tysers hire

Oneglobal Bermuda has hired Christina Allen as head of financial lines. Joining in January, she’ll report to Oneglobal Broking CEO Mike Reynolds.

Allen will join from Tysers Bermuda, where she holds the same position. Before that, she was vice president for Paragon International Insurance Brokers.

Reynolds said: “We look forward to working with Christina and bringing her extensive market experience and senior leadership skills to Oneglobal Bermuda. Christina is passionate about client outcomes; she will be an invaluable asset to Oneglobal Bermuda as well as working with our global Financial Lines personnel to deliver outstanding solutions for our clients internationally.”

Allen added: “Bermuda is a strategically important market for Financial Lines, and I am confident that we can drive real value for clients with innovative solutions to the challenges they face.”

Owned by private equity firm JC Flowers, Oneglobal was founded in 2018 following the merger of the SSL and Endeavour insurance broking houses. Allen experience would add “another important discipline to the Oneglobal Bermuda team as they continue to build up specialist capability”, the company said.
