Watford to pay quarterly dividend on September 30

Watford Holdings will pay a quarterly dividend on September 30, 2020, to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2020.

Watford will pay $0.48385 per share on its 8½ percent cumulative redeemable preference shares.

At the beginning of each calendar quarter the dividend rate on the preference shares is adjusted to a rate equal to the three-month US dollar Libor on the first calendar day of the quarter, or the next business day if that is not a business day, plus a margin of 6.6785 percent. The dividend paid for each calendar quarter is based on the number of days in that quarter.
