Watford to pay quarterly dividend in June

Watford Holdings will pay a quarterly dividend on its 8½ percent cumulative redeemable preference shares on June 30, 2021.

It will pay $0.47859 per share to holders of record as of June 15, 2021.

At the beginning of each calendar quarter Watford adjusts the dividend rate on the preference shares to a rate equal to the three-month US dollar Libor on the first business day of the quarter, plus a margin of 6.6785 percent. The dividend paid for that calendar quarter is based on the actual number of days in the quarter.
