Voussoir Re board changes

Voussoir Re director Yulanda Francis has resigned as a director of the collateralised reinsurance sidecar style special purpose insurance vehicle, according to a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange.

Francis has been succeeded by Scott Cobon with effect from August 30.

Voussoir Re was formed by Arch Capital and has been used for a number of ILS issuances, including several issuances of notes and two issuances of preferred shares.
