TigerRisk Capital Markets appoints new vice chairman

TigerRisk Capital Markets & Advisory, the insurance-focused investment banking subsidiary of TigerRisk Partners, has appointed Stephen Fromm as vice chairman.

In this new role, Fromm will act as a senior investment banker focusing on insurance industry mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising and strategic advice. He will be based at TigerRisk’s New York office.

Since 2016, Fromm has been in private practice advising a number of startup and established fintech and financial services companies. Previously, he was managing director and vice chairman of financial institutions investment banking at Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, he was managing director and head of North American insurance investment banking at Citigroup. He has also worked at Morgan Stanley as managing director and head of insurance M&A.
