Sirius shareholders given February 11 election deadline

Shareholders of Sirius International Insurance Group have until 6 pm Bermuda time on February 11, 2021,  to choose the form of consideration they wish to receive for the planned merger with Third Point Re.

Third Point Re and Sirius Group expect to complete their merger on February 26, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of all closing conditions. The election deadline will be extended in the event the anticipated closing date is delayed.
