Praedicat reschedules event as Humberto looms

Praedicat has rescheduled its event in Bermuda to an unspecified date in October, as Hurricane Humberto continues to head towards the island.

The event, Glyphosate, Opioids, Talc and Beyond: The New Bodily Injury Mass Litigation and Insights into Potential Latent BI Litigations, will discuss bodily injury litigation facing casualty today. It will discuss how current scientific literature and judicial precedent can be used to predict, underwrite, and manage risk related to the latent BI litigation of tomorrow.

Bob Reville, Praedicat’s CEO, will present at the event, while Shannon Totten, senior vice president and excess casualty practice leader, will moderate.

The conference is to be held at the Hamilton Princess, and will be followed by a reception on Hamilton’s Regency Terrace. It is still open for registration.
