PartnerRe to pay dividend on three preferred share classes on March 1

PartnerRe will pay a dividend for three classes of preferred shares on March 1, 2021, to shareholders of record on February 18, 2021.

The re/insurer will pay a dividend of $0.40625 per share on its 6.50 percent series G cumulative redeemable preferred shares for the period December 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021.

It will pay $0.453125 per share on its 7.25 percent series H cumulative redeemable preferred shares, and $0.3671875 per share on its 5.875 percent series I non-cumulative redeemable preferred shares, for the same period.
