Hamilton Insurance Group, which has announced plans to go public, has appointed a new head of finance and investors relations.

Hamilton said Levenson will lead the Company’s investor relations and related finance functions and will report to group chief financial officer Craig Howie.
“I am pleased to welcome Jon to Hamilton,” said Howie. “He is highly respected and experienced in his field and has established solid industry relationships throughout his career. Having worked with Jon in the past, I know he will be a valuable addition to the Hamilton team.”
Prior to Everest, Levenson spent over a decade leading the investor relations and treasury functions at Validus Holdings.
Hamilton, which was founded in 2013, said this week that it had filed a registration statement with the New York Stock Exchange.
The deal could value the company at more than $2 billion. Its book value in December 2022 was $1.7 billion.
