Former Chubb CUO and 41-year reinsurance vet Bonneau joins PartnerRe board

Bermuda-based re/insurer PartnerRe has appointed Jacques Bonneau to its board of directors.

Bonneau has over 41 years of experience in the re/insurance industry, having most recently served as group chief underwriting officer from 2014 to 2017 at Chubb.

He was also CEO of Chubb Tempest Re Group from 2005 to 2014, and was CEO of Chubb Tempest Re USA for six year prior to that.

PartnerRe's board will now comprise of six directors of which four will be independent directors.
