Everest offers workers’ compensation coverage on Dovetail’s online platform

Everest Insurance is partnering with Dovetail, a Victor company, to offer its workers’ compensation product through Dovetail’s online platform.

Dovetail’s online platform enables agents and brokers to acquire policies for their small commercial clients. The program is currently available in Illinois, but is expected to roll out to more states throughout the year.

Brian Drum, senior vice president and head of Everest Underwriting Partners, said: “Dovetail’s agile platform simplifies the quote, bind, and issue process for small workers’ compensation policies. This initiative with Dovetail continues our efforts to focus on ease of use and streamline the coverage process for our policyholders.”

Michael Ferber, CEO of Dovetail, called Everest’s workers’ compensation offering “a strong addition to the Dovetail platform.”
