Endurance appoints leader of new London professional indemnity team

Ian Bowler has joined Endurance Specialty Holdings as a senior vice president. He is charged with the launch and operations of a new professional indemnity practice, the first of several new London market units rolling out in 2014. Robert Goldhawk and Ben Carter will join the company as senior underwriters.

Bowler joins Endurance from Axis Insurance, where he managed their professional indemnity business.

They are the first of a number of new London market insurance teams in the pipeline for 2014 as we build out Endurance Insurance’s multi-line capabilities and international presence.”
