CatCo’s CFO steps down

Bermuda-based specialist insurance-linked securities manager CatCo Investment Management has seen its chief financial officer (CFO) step down.

Jason Bibb, the CFO and chief operating officer (COO), has resigned following his decision to relocate back to the UK. Michael Toyer is the likely replacement for the CFO position.

Toyer was previously head of investment operations at CATCo Investment Management. He was previously with Prime Management where he specialised in insurance-linked securities. Prior to that he held a number of senior accounting roles at Ernst & Young.
