AXIS to pay quarterly dividend in July

AXIS Capital Holdings will pay a quarterly dividend to its shareholders on July 15, 2021.

AXIS said it will pay $0.42 per common share to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 29, 2021.

AXIS’ board of directors also confirmed it will pay a dividend of $34.375 per series E 5.50 percent preferred share, equivalent to $0.34375 per depositary share. Payment will again be made to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 29, 2021.
