AXA XL Re promotes company veteran to CRO for Bermuda and North America

AXA XL Reinsurance has promoted former senior risk manager Maria Morzello (pictured) to the role of chief risk officer for Bermuda & North America.

Morzello, who been a senior risk manager for two years at the company’s Stamford, Connecticut offices, was previously senior capital and liquidity manager for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions,

Prior to that she was with XL Catlin in a variety of risk management and capital risk modelling roles for ten years.
