Athene to pay preference share quarterly dividends in March

Athene Holding will pay a quarterly dividend on its series A, B, D and D non-cumulative preference shares on March 30, 2021.

Athene will pay $396.875 per share on its 6.35 percent fixed-to-floating rate perpetual non-cumulative preference shares series A, with holders of depositary shares receiving $0.396875 per depositary share.

Holders of its 5.625 percent fixed rate perpetual non-cumulative preference shares series B will receive $351.5625 per share, with depositary shareholders receiving $0.3515625 per depositary share.

Holders of the 6.375 percent fixed-rate reset perpetual non-cumulative preference shares series C will receive $398.4375 per share, with depositary shareholders getting $0.3984375 per share.

The dividend on the 4.875 percent fixed rate perpetual non-cumulative preference shares series D is $345.3125 per share, with depositary shareholders getting $0.3453125 per depositary share.

Athene's depository shares for the preference shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The dividends will be payable to holders of record as of March 15, 2021.
