Athene Life Re, the reinsurance subsidiary of Athene Holding, has appointed Natasha Scotland Courcy, previously its general counsel and chief operating officer, as CEO.
It has also named Brad Molitor president and he remains the group’s chief actuary. Molitor previously served as Athene Bermuda chief financial officer. Fergus Daly will continue as CFO, Athene Life Re.
The company said Scotland Courcy will continue to oversee ALRe’s Bermuda office and drive the design and implementation of business operations and policies that promote the company’s culture.
She also serves as chair of Bermuda International Long Term Insurers and Reinsurers (BILTIR), the association representing the long-term insurers and reinsurers in Bermuda.
