Argo confirms virtual AGM following surge in Bermuda COVID cases

Argo Group International Holdings has responded to the recent increase in COVID-19 infection rates in Bermuda by confirming its 2021 annual general meeting (AGM) will be held in virtual format only.

The  AGM will be held on May 6, 2021 at noon local Bermuda time. Shareholders as of the close of business on March 15, 2021, are entitled to participate in the meeting.

The Bermudian government issued a mandatory stay-at-home order that took effect from April 13, following the uptick in cases.
