Chubb picks from R&Q for captives role

Chubb in Bermuda has snatched Katrina Exon from Randall & Quilter to be its new captive manager.

Exon joins after three years with R&Q, where she did the same role. As well as captive insurance, she has experience across general and life re/insurance. Before working with R&Q, she was a senior finance business partner with Australia’s Suncorp Group in its Auckland, New Zealand, office.

In a career of more than 30 years, Exon has worked for Chubb before, spending 12 years with the business up to 2011. She has also spent time with IAG, Sovereign and Marsh.

She started her career as an auditor with PwC in Bermuda.
