Artex completes its acquisition of Horseshoe

Artex Risk Solutions has completed its purchase of Horseshoe Insurance Services Holdings, first reported in October.

The acquisition strengthens Artex’s insurance-linked securities (ILS) operations. Horseshoe is now the global brand for Artex’s ILS services, operating as one global team across multiple jurisdictions. Andre Perez and his associates continue to operate from their current locations under the direction of Peter Mullen, CEO of Artex.
