DeNexus appoints chief marketing officer
DeNexus has hired Andrew Luccitti as chief marketing officer (CMO). The provider of cyber risk quantification and management tools for large industrial organisations, global re/insurers and investors in insurance linked securities, said Luccitti has considerable experience in revenue generation, creative messaging, brand development and strategy execution.
As CMO, Andrew will be responsible for DeNexus’ branding and marketing efforts in all geographies where the firm is active, except for Bermuda. By creating a CMO role, DeNexus aims to further strengthen its marketing, pre-sales and business development initiatives and extend its client offering.
Luccitti will be based at the firm’s headquarters in Sausalito, California and report to Jose Seara, DeNexus’ founder and chief executive officer. He will be responsible for optimising creative assets, closing revenue gaps, brand development, and driving new revenue channels through partnerships and alliances.
Seara said: “Andrew is a welcome addition to our growing team. His broad portfolio of skills in market opportunity assessment, corporate messaging, and competitive analysis are crucial to DeNexus as we expand our capabilities in more territories. His expertise in go-to-market strategy and business development is a further plus for our team.”
Luccitti added: “DeNexus is solving a worldwide cyber risk dilemma by revolutionising the way large industrial corporations quantify and manage cyber risk, and I look forward to helping this ‘world’s-first’ service continue its journey as a world-class brand.”
DeNexus’ flagship platform, DeRISK, empowers the industrial enterprise and risk underwriters with the ability to quantify and manage cyber risk exposure on a continuous basis. It is the world’s first self-adaptive, cloud-based technology that predicts where cyber breaches are likely to occur, values their impact on business and guides risk stakeholders towards the best risk mitigation paths for their organisation.
