Ariel Re promotes 13 in Bermuda and London

Ariel Re has promoted 13 staff in its Bermuda and London offices, including Emily Leitch who is promoted to senior vice president and head of marine and specialty lines.

The new promotions cover a range of roles from software development to underwriting, accounting, portfolio management, analytics and actuarial.

Last year, Ariel Re first announced its drive to become an ‘academy firm’, which will support and develop talent in the reinsurance industry.

“It is great to celebrate our deep talent pool at Ariel Re by promoting these excellent individuals,” said head of human resources Lindsay Hyland. “These appointments underline our mission to become an ‘academy firm’ and to promote, support and celebrate the vast amount of talent we have at the company.

“I look forward to helping these talented individuals as they continue to develop in our London and Bermuda offices.”
