“Outstanding corporate citizen” Chubb supports COVID vaccination clinic with donation

The Chubb Charitable Foundation Bermuda has donated $50,000 to the Bermuda Hospitals Charitable Foundation (BHCF), the fundraising arm of the Bermuda Hospitals Board (BHB), to support its COVID-19 vaccination clinic.

The BHB hopes to raise more than $200,000 to help cover costs associated with its COVID-19 vaccination clinic.

Lori Dunstan, executive director of the Chubb Charitable Foundation, said: “We have enormous gratitude for the work being undertaken by the hospital to support the Government’s vaccination programme, and we applaud BHB’s medical heroes’ tireless efforts to protect Bermudians through its COVID-19 vaccination clinic.”

Lisa Sheppard, executive director at the BHCF, called the Chubb Charitable Foundation “an outstanding corporate citizen.”

She added: “Our relationship with such benevolent corporate partners like Chubb ensures we can continue to support the BHB and its vital services at critical times.”
