Liberty Mutual promotes Marc Orloff to president of North American field operations, GRS

Liberty Mutual has named Marc Orloff as president of North American field operations for global risk solutions (GRS), its commercial and specialty lines re/insurance division.

Orloff replaces Shaun Kelly who is leaving Liberty Mutual. He reports to Tracy Ryan, president of GRS North America.

Orloff previously led Liberty Mutual's GRS field distribution team, which includes retail and wholesale field organisations, national broker management, and private equity and construction practices. He continues to oversee these areas but adds the client engagement programme, distribution strategy and analytics, and marketing and brand strategy to his portfolio.

Ryan described Orloff as  a well-respected insurance executive with years of proven experience in underwriting and distribution leadership. “Under his leadership the field operations team will drive Liberty Mutual's North American business strategies by bringing our full suite of products to local markets and ensuring premier engagement with distribution partners and commercial clients,” she said.
