Everest strengthens its investor and rating agency relations team

Mariza Costa has joined Everest Re Group as vice president of investor and rating agency relations.

Costa is based in Everest’s US headquarters in Warren, New Jersey and reports to Jon Levenson, head of investor and rating agency relations.

She joins from AM Best where she was an associate director, focusing on reinsurance and large commercial ratings. She previously worked as an equity research analyst at Stifel Nicolaus, covering property and casualty re/insurance, and as a financial manager at Allianz. She has also worked in corporate investor relations roles for companies outside the insurance industry.

Levenson welcomed Costa’s “unique skill set and directly applicable experience.”
