Argo’s board of directors to shrink to nine as two announce their retirement

Kathleen Nealon and John Tonelli will retire from Argo Group International Holdings’ board of directors following its annual general meeting on May 6, 2021.

It will leave Argo’s board with nine directors.

Nealon joined the board in 2011 and serves on the audit and risk and capital committees. Tonelli joined the board in 2010 and serves as the investment committee chair and as a member of the nominating and corporate governance committee.

Thomas Bradley, Argo Group’s non-executive chairman of the board, said: “The company has grown and evolved into a much stronger US-focused specialty insurer under their direction.”
