Arch Re completes acquisition of Somerset Bridge Group

Arch Reinsurance has completed its  previously disclosed acquisition of Somerset Bridge Group, Southern Rock Holdings and affiliates (Somerset).

Arch Re originally announced its plan to acquire Somerset on June 23, 2021.
