AIR Worldwide to come under Verisk name

AIR Worldwide, the cat risk modelling firm that, together with RMS, dominates the Bermuda re/insurance market, has been rebranded under its parent's name.

‘The business will now come under the Verisk brand as its “extreme event solutions” division. The move is part of a strategy to bring all Verisk’s insurance businesses under the name. Its other subsidiaries, ISO, Sequel, Xactware, and ISO Claims Partners, are also transitioning away from those company names.

It will also be developing a new logo, the company announced.

“While our individual company brand names are changing, what remains rocksteady is our commitment to continuous innovation and the creation of customer-driven solutions that move your business and our industry forward,” the company said in a statement. “We are excited by the future and the opportunity to build it together with you.”
